While I specialize in treating anxiety-based disorders and I am trained as a trauma therapist, my combination of skills is very successful in helping overcome a variety of life’s curveballs. I have thousands of clinical hours providing effective and empathetic services, delivered with acceptance and understanding.

Clients routinely tell me I’m a very different kind of counselor and they wish they had found me sooner. I’m told I have sharp intuition and a direct style, which allows us to collaborate towards meaningful goals by getting to the core issues very quickly.

My favorite thing about Psychotherapy is seeing how quickly a shift in perspective creates a difference in helping my clients make positive changes in their lives.
